Window to the World

  • Jen

I love your photo along with your words… walls and windows, confinement and freedom, shelter vs the unknown, – also brings to mind a Dan Fogelberg song
“most days she sits and just stares at the windows and walls, windows and walls”

  • what a pic.good cutting, light just right. don’t need to say more.

  • SO beautiful, photo and quotes! Love it.

  • The window I’m looking out of right now is open to blue skies … which is a very good thing.

  • Well said My Dear. And so true.

  • Hi jessica it had to come Sa tagged me and sian and others it now your turn call in at my blog.

  • I agree with my mum, miss Jen up there. I have no idea who Dan Fogelberg is, but I’ll go with you.

again, you are an amazing photographer – your picture and your words inspire me today. i haven’t had a good day, not at all, and this cheers me some. so thanks : )

  • What a beautiful post and accompanying photo. Have a great weekend

  • Great words and I too love the picture. Very nice work.

  • That reminds me of medieval times, for some reason… small windows to keep the precious heat in, back in those days. Very pretty!

  • I love the fact that one of the window panes is missing. It is the connection between the outside and the inside worlds. Along with your words it is the focal point to me that a success is achievable.

  • jen: I just love your connection feedback! thanks.

    POD: :o)

    lydia: Thank you!

    meridith: Why yes it is!!

    1218: I’m counting on that 🙂

a little bird: I hope the days have gotten better since your last comment!

    RR & Greg: Thank you!

TD: That probably what they were thinking when the buildings first went up…..not sure if that building was the early 1900’s or not, probably so.

liss: I thought the missing pane gave it more character, which made it a bit more interesting – at least to me. Glad you think so too :o)
